A guy in a narcotics charge is cleared by a Delhi court

A guy detained in an NDPS case was found not guilty by a municipal court after the prosecution was unable to establish its case. February 12, 2014, saw the accused’s arrest by the police.

Dharminder Kumar was accused by the police of belonging to a group that robs victims after providing them with narcotics. They said that they had found an intoxicating drug on him. An other accused made a statement that led to Kumar’s arrest.

The accused’s attorney, Ankur Chaudhrie, said that his client had been unfairly charged in the case. Following the debate, the court cleared Kumar.
