According to PM Modi, “Karnataka parents fear sending kids to college.”

The murder of MCA student Neha Hiremath on a Hubbali college campus was attributed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday to the “appeasement” policies of the ruling Congress in Karnataka.

“Our daughter Neha was murdered, and the nation is reeling from the outrage that follows. Karnataka parents are now scared to send their kids to college because they don’t know who will watch out for them.

Do you think Congress will look out for your daughters? He posed the question to a Belagavi crowd of BJP supporters.

Modi said that “they (alluding to minorities) knowing there is a way to get away with heinous crimes” was what led to the death of Neha, the daughter of a Congress councillor. “They know Congress will let them escape once the heat subsides.”
