According to the BJP, Pratibha Singh is not eager to compete in elections and Congress is falling

Since none of the Congress’s prominent leaders expressed interest in running for office in the Lok Sabha, the BJP today made fun of the party and the administration, reflecting the dire situation within both.

State BJP General Secretary and Sundernagar MLA Rakesh Jamwal said, “The Congress is a sinking ship, where even the captain of the team is unwilling to contest the Lok Sabha elections.” He said it was abundantly evident that the party members were completely demoralized given that state Congress president Pratibha Singh had made it plain she would not be running for office.

According to Jamwal, the BJP would win all four Lok Sabha seats again, and this time by a wider margin than in 2019. He said that while the Sukhu-led Congress administration was using every tactic to hold onto power, the government no longer had a majority.

It is evident that even the most powerful members of the Congress, such as Sonia Gandhi, would rather join the Rajya Sabha than run for office. Given Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s popularity, they are afraid to confront the voters, he claimed.

“It is certain that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will emerge victorious in all four Lok Sabha and six Assembly by-polls, thereby facilitating the establishment of the BJP government in Himachal Pradesh,” he said.

Vandana Yogi, the head of the state BJP Mahila Morcha, also criticized the Congress government for not keeping its pledge to provide Rs 1,500 a month in aid to women between the ages of 18 and 60.
