BJP endorses the coalition agenda but is not a part of it: Singh Siddharth Nath

BJP State in-charge Siddharth Nath Singh, who was present on the dais, declined to hold a copy beside the two leaders and limited himself to answering a few questions at the conclusion of the event, while TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu and JSP chairman Pawan Kalyan published the manifesto.

When asked why the BJP is pulling away from the manifesto and what type of help it would provide moving forward to address the concerns listed in the manifesto, Singh said, “Don’t be confused…The coalition is TDP-JSP-BJP. I’m here to support TDP and JSP’s manifesto, which has been made public. In actuality, the banner behind the dais only has images of Naidu and Pawan; it does not include any leaders from the saffron party, including JP Nadda, the head of the BJP, or Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

For his side, Naidu said that the NDA manifesto was only made public by the BJP at the national level and was unrelated to the state-level manifestos. It made just a few recommendations, which were expanded upon in the manifesto.

“I welcome the Praja Galam Manifesto and under the leadership of Shri Chandrababu Naidu garu in association with Shri Pawan Kalyan garu and the @BJP4Andhra will win the upcoming elections with a thumping victory,” BJP State Coordinator Arun Singh said on “X.”
