Blast in J&K’s Poonch: Two People Arrested for Interrogation

According to police on Wednesday, two suspects were taken into custody in relation to an explosion that occurred near a hospital in the Poonch area of Jammu and Kashmir.

In Poonch town, late Tuesday night, a homemade crude material detonated on a road next to a place of worship near the district hospital, terrifying the nearby residents.

We’ve been informed of a possible small-intensity explosion-like sound coming from the vicinity of Poonch Hospital.

According to a police spokeswoman, the appropriate inquiry has been launched to determine the precise nature of the explosion. He said that homemade crude material seemed to be the source of the explosion.

According to officials, two suspected individuals were taken into custody to be questioned about the incident.
