Check out Anshuka Parwani’s transformation from national swimmer to well-known yoga instructor, and bend it like Bollywood

Stretch it tall like Deepika Padukone, or bend it like Bebo… We are aware that these Bollywood women give yoga a glamorous Instagram presence. But Anshuka Parwani, who pushes them to their limits in training, ensures that all these divas do the asanas correctly. The reason for the fit beauty is Parwani, a highly sought-after celebrity yoga teacher who was just in the city.

She was a commercial pilot, a swimmer who had won gold at the national level, and a young woman with aspirations. She remembers being “put in the pool” as a child to strengthen her lungs and combat asthma. She had always enjoyed the rush of flying until life decided to throw her a curveball. Her life was altered by an accident that almost killed her. She was medically unable to continue her trip on a commercial aircraft due to various injuries.

She spent almost eight months in bed as a result of this. Parwani’s mother encouraged her to do yoga and physiotherapy after realizing the tragedy had an effect on her both psychologically and physically. It was most likely a choice that had an impact on her life. The choice was made to practice yoga for myself and as many other individuals as possible. I discovered yoga at a really dark time in my life. I can personally attest to the transformative power of yoga in my life. That was a turning point, according to the yoga and holistic health specialist.

In addition to training Bollywood’s finest, Parwani also lives by the maxim that harmony is the secret to physical well-being. “Maintain equilibrium. It involves more than just your diet and physical activity. It also has to do with your thoughts and the people in your vicinity. Everything has to be in harmony. You can’t go too excessive, adds Parwani, who was seen in Bengaluru savoring a traditional South Indian meal.

When Parwani began assisting Kareena Kapoor Khan in her training, she rose to prominence. She further said that Kapoor-Khan was not only her first famous pupil but also her very first pupil in general. “I had no idea that I would meet her when I initially walked into the class. It was my very first lesson as an instructor. I was surprised at first, but I turned on that teaching mode 30 seconds into the session. You don’t consider the students you are instructing,” she remembers. She recently went to London in order to provide training to Deepika Padukone for her BAFTA visit.
