New Central Zone President appointed by NAREDCO

Sandeep Mandava, the CEO of Malaxmi Group, was overwhelmingly chosen to serve as the National Real Estate Development Council’s (NAREDCO) Central Zone president.

Under the Union Government’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, NAREDCO is a self-regulatory organization that offers real estate development services. The districts of NTR, Krishna, Eluru, Bhimavaram, Kakinada, and Konaseema are included in the central zone.

According to Election Officer Koneru Raja, following talks at different points in time, the executive committee as a whole overwhelmingly chose Sandeep Mandava.

Sadineni Venkata Ramana will be the general secretary, Potla Venkata Krishna will be the treasurer, M Rambabu will be the executive vice president, and Gadde Rajalingam will serve as honorary chairman. The vice presidents will be M Ganesh Kumar and G Hari Prasad Reddy, while the secretaries will be CH Sarath Kumar and P Rajakumar.

Srinivasa Rao, Srinivas Mehar, Suresh, Srinivas, Krishna Kishore, Venu Madhav, and Chaitanya are among the members of the executive committee.

Sandeep Mandava reaffirmed NAREDCO’s commitment to advancement via concerted efforts with the federal and state governments at the event. He emphasized his commitment to defending the rights of NAREDCO members and promised to deal with the many issues the real estate industry faces.

Mandava promised that he would endeavor to develop answers and bring these concerns to the attention of the appropriate government agencies. He guaranteed that every action would be done to protect the purchasers’ interests.
