Ponnam said the Telangana government would investigate PRC for TSRTC employees

On Sunday, Ponnam Prabhakar, the minister of transport, rode a TSRTC bus around the city and spoke with both passengers and employees.

He gave the bus conductor his word that the TSRTC employees would be able to redeem the bonds that were awarded to them upon the state’s creation. Additionally, he said that the government would shortly investigate putting the Pay Revision Commission (PRC) into effect.

The minister asked ladies on the bus how much money they were saving as a result of the Mahalakshmi project.

According to Prabhakar, the Congress administration has kept its pledges to provide free travel for women on RTC buses, double the coverage of the Aarogyasri plan to `10 lakh, provide free LPG cylinders up to `500, and provide free electricity up to 200 units within 90 days of taking office. He also said that the Indiramma housing plan would start this month.
