Results of the election: Piyush Goyal pokes fun at Rahul Gandhi as the Congress loses three states

Using the hit song “Moye Moye” from social media, Union Minister Piyush Goyal made fun of Congress MP Rahul Gandhi after the BJP’s historic victory in the assembly elections in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Chhattisgarh.
As the Congress prepared to drive the BRS out of Telangana on Sunday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) strengthened its hold on the Hindi heartland with assembly wins in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh.

Goyal used X to post a video of Rahul Gandhi singing “Moye Moye,” emphasizing how the grand old party’s loss in these states was evidence that Gandhi’s “prediction came true.”

The widely circulated video featuring Rahul Gandhi erroneously predicted the Congress’s defeat in Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh. He was attempting to say, nevertheless, that while the party would win all of these states, fate had other plans for them since the BJP became quite successful in these states.

Rahul Gandhi on losing

Today, December 3, Congressman Rahul Gandhi said that the ideological war will go on and that his party respectfully acknowledges the mandates of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan.

Gandhi said, “We humbly accept the mandate of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan — the battle of ideology will continue,” in a post on X that was written in Hindi. “I sincerely appreciate the support of the Telangana people; we will fulfill our commitment to creating ‘Prajalu Telangana’. Sincere gratitude to every employee for their dedication and assistance,” the former head of Congress said.

The triple win for the BJP

In a major win for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a prelude to the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) threw the Congress under the bus on Sunday, securing a firm grasp on the Hindi heartland.

The Congress party provided some solace against the saffron wave when it defeated the Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) in Telangana, making it 3-1 for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the most recent Assembly elections, which were meant to serve as a semi-final before the 2019 election. The party had previously lost in Rajasthan and Chhattisgarh.
