Six consultants and fifteen monitoring officers were assigned to oversee Biz Buddy

The state industries department has assigned 15 monitoring officers and 6 consultants to hold Biz Buddy monthly grievance redress-day meetings on the first Monday of every month at all Sipcot industrial parks in the state, with the goal of resolving the complaints of investors and industries.

This follows a meeting held on February 24 at the Sipcot Industrial Park in Gangaikondan by Industries Minister TRB Rajaa, known as the “Sipcot Bizbuddy Outreach Program.”

The Sipcot Bizbuddy Outreach Program is one of many gatherings designed to promote direct dialogue between the public sector and the business community.

According to the industries department’s circular, businesses, institutions, organizations, allottees, and contractors should be notified to bring any outstanding concerns or complaints to Sipcot’s attention so that a decision may be made to resolve them right away.

Important matters such as transportation facilities, the creation of bank ATMs, fire and rescue services, energy substations, water facilities, road access, and other matters pertaining to the sector have been requested of the government.

According to the circular, authorities must resolve complaints within 14 days, and the managing director of Sipcot will examine the progress each month and send a report to the industry secretary. Additionally, it has been directed that the monitoring officer shall assess the state of the roads, water supply, solid waste management, allottees’ functional condition, cleanliness, civil works, etc. on the day of grievance redress.
