The close assistant to a Haryana minister’s anticipated bail request was denied

In a marital dispute involving severe claims of outraging modesty, Himanshu Aggarwal, a close assistant of Haryana minister Aneem Goyal and resident of Sector 1, Jail Land, Ambala, Haryana, filed a request for anticipatory relief, but it was denied by Court of Additional Sessions Judge Shatin Goyal.

On the other hand, mother-in-law Sangeeta Agarwal, father-in-law Arvind Aggarwal Lucky, and other family members Sachin Aggarwal, Nishu Aggarwal, and Mehak Aggarwal have been given temporary bail and are required to appear in court on May 7.

Aseem Goyal, the minister of state for Haryana, is also the target of grave accusations, although he has not been charged by the police.

The complainant said in the FIR that her parents continued to support the accused’s actions without speaking out. It is said that Himanshu would coerce her into speaking with Aneem, who would then threaten her in order to ‘annoy’ Himanshu. After this, the complaint said, they departed for the Maldives, where Himanshu was claimed to have mistreated and humiliated her in front of hotel employees.

On April 3, a case was filed against him with the Women Cell based on the Ludhiana resident who was the victim’s complainant.
