Pujara, a domestic cricket player for Saurashtra, has not been a member of the Indian side since the World Test Championship Final from the previous year.

The new name, Niranjan Shah Stadium, will be unveiled at a ceremony scheduled for the evening of February 14 by Jay Shah, secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI).

Ashwin, who is just one wicket away from reaching the enormous milestone, will try to reach 500 Test wickets in the third Test in Rajkot.
