In IPL 2023, Naveen-ul-Haq Charges Virat Kohli With An On-Field Incident

In response to his on-field altercation with Indian batting legend Virat Kohli at IPL 2023, Afghan paceman Naveen-ul-Haq has spoken out. During the intense match against Royal Challengers Bangalore at Ekana Stadium, Lucknow, Naveen, a player for Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2023, got into a physical argument with Kohli.

During the second innings of the game, there was an argument between Kohli and Naveen on the field. After RCB won the available points, the Afghanistan pacer was also seen in an intense discussion during the post-match formalities.The LSG coach Gautam Gambhir rushed the West Indies all-rounder out after the RCB player and Kyle Mayers engaged in verbal conversation. But when Gambhir confronted Kohli, the situation deteriorated and a fight broke out.

It ended up being one of the most contentious and discussed topics in IPL 2023.

While Naveen spoke out about the altercation and said that Kohli initiated the altercation and that the penalties issued by the match referee are evidence of that.

The LSG pacer said that during his confrontation with Kohli, he was silent.
