IPL 2024 Points Table (Updated): Gujarat Titans Fall to Sixth Place, Punjab Kings Rise to Fifth

IPL 2024 Team Standings & Points Table: After a thrilling match against Gujarat Titans on Thursday, Punjab Kings recorded their second victory of the IPL 2024 and moved up to fifth position in the points standings.

In the last ball of the game, Punjab Kings beat Gujarat Titans at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad by a margin of three wickets. Punjab Kings have four points in the competition after two victories and four points in as many games.

Conversely, Shubman Gill’s side suffered their second defeat of the year and fell to fifth place. With four points from four games, GT is ranked sixth.

After three straight victories, the reigning IPL 2024 champion Kolkata Knight Riders are still at the top of the rankings, followed by the undefeated Rajasthan Royals.

Chennai Super Kings (CSK), the reigning champions, come in third position with four points from three games. Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) are in fourth place with four points from three games.

At the other end of the standings, Sunrisers Hyderabad are in seventh place with two points, followed by Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bengaluru in eighth and ninth place, respectively, with two points apiece.

Five-time winners After suffering three straight losses in the IPL 2024, Mumbai Indians are still at the bottom of the standings.
