Agra-Lko E-way is struck by a speeding automobile that kills three people and injures seven

Three members of a family, including two young girls, were tragically murdered and seven others wounded after they were struck by a vehicle in Auraiya, on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway, as they were waiting for a bus, according to police.

The dead and other family members, according to the authorities, were traveling to a marriage ceremony.

Circle Officer Ashok Kumar said, “On Sunday evening, ten people were waiting for a bus on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway when a speeding Hyundai Aura car hit them in the Airwa Katra police station area.”

The disaster claimed the lives of one Raman Singh (40), of the Nagla Pahadi hamlet in the vicinity, his niece Aaradhy (8), and his daughter Gungun (10). When they arrived at the hospital, they were declared dead. An ambulance was sent to the hospital with the seven wounded people: Kalpana (35), Alka (30), Rajesh (50), Aarti (25), Priyam (19), Ravi (18), and Suraj (10). Three of the seven wounded are relatives of the deceased Raman Singh: Kalpana, Alka, and Suraj. They were sent to a different Saifai hospital, according to Kumar.

He continued by saying that the automobile’s driver had been taken into custody and had had his car seized.

“We shall pursue legal action against the defendants,” the policeman said.

In another accident involving a vehicle in the Bardah region of Azamgarh, three people died and several others were wounded, according to authorities on Monday.

On Sunday night, Ankit Rai was driving from Jaunpur when the collision occurred.

Authorities said that close to Bardah Chowk, Rai lost control of his vehicle, flipped, and struck a few persons who were standing along the side of the road.

The uncontrollably driven automobile struck Dharmendra Saroj, Manish Saroj (26), and Dabbu (40), who all passed away instantly. Arvind, Priyanshu, and Manish Gautam were the three wounded parties. It is said that Gautam is in serious condition.

In a related instance, two young people were reported missing by police when they fell into the river Renuka on Sunday while snapping pictures from a rock in the Sonbhadra district’s Obra neighborhood.

According to the police, Ashutosh, Ankit Kumar (16), and Mukesh (25), went for a walk close to a recently built bridge over the Renuka River.

Ashutosh miraculously managed to swim to safety, but Mukesh and Ankit vanished. “During this they climbed on the top of a rock to take a selfie and slipped into the river,” police added.

The divers are assisting in the efforts to track the two.
