Rahul Gandhi at Prayagraj: The biggest weapon being used to deceive the young of Uttar Pradesh is the caste census

Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Congress, said on Sunday that the caste-based census would be the young of Uttar Pradesh’s greatest weapon in the ongoing deception and manipulation of them by the government.

Gandhi, whose “Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra” arrived in Prayagraj throughout the day, urged the young people of the state to “get organized and fight for your rights,” claiming that large businessmen were given hefty loans at any time, but students and farmers were refused credit.

During the yatra in the city, the former president of the Congress brought up the topic of student union elections in the state, accompanied by Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, the chief minister of Himachal Pradesh.

Even though Dalits and tribal people made up 73% of the population back then, he said, not a single member of these groups controlled any of India’s top 200 enterprises. You need to ascertain what portion of the nation’s wealth belongs to you. What level of wealth does this nation’s 73% caste system possess? The nation’s X-ray is the caste census. This will make everything clear,” he said.

What does this paper leak pertain to? They are a tool to deceive and impede you, the young. The Prime Minister (Narendra Modi) is committing an injustice against you. The young of Uttar Pradesh are being mislead, and injustice is being committed on the site of Sangam (Prayagraj),” he stated.

Many students protested exam paper leaks by raising placards at the open forum.

What caste does Gautam Adani belong to? “Is he a tribal person, a Dalit, or an OBC?” he asked.

He said that the student union elections were prohibited in order to diminish the influence of youth.

“Don’t be afraid; daro mat, pichhe mat hato, apna haq lo.” Remain firm and assert your rights. The Congress leader said, “Your greatest weapon in the fight for your rights is the caste-based census.”

Gandhi reportedly arrived at the Swaraj Bhawan straight from the Prayagraj airport, according to Congress leader Pramod Tiwari. There, before to embarking on the Bharat Jodo Nyaya Yatra, Gandhi met Congress workers.

The yatra will stop in Teliarganj, Phaphamau, and Holagarh on route to Mauaima. Gandhi will continue his yatra on Monday, starting in the Pratapgarh region of the state and traveling to Amethi, a district he formerly represented in the Lok Sabha. Around 4 p.m., he will speak at a meeting in Amethi.
