UP Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya claims that the Samajwadi Party is a factory that produces thugs and mafias

Lok Sabha Elections 2024: Keshav Prasad Maurya, the deputy chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, has attacked the Samajwadi Party (SP), claiming that it is a breeding ground for thugs and mafias.
In response to questions about the I.N.D.I.A. bloc’s allies, the Congress and the Samajwadi Party, before the Lok Sabha elections, Keshav Prasad Maurya said that the two parties are identical.

The old tagline, “Jis car mei SP ka Jhanda, usme baitha hai gunda” (Any vehicle with a Samajwadi Party flag on it has a criminal sitting in it), has been replaced. The current catchphrase is “Akhilesh Yadav’s three friends,” but two of them have already passed away: Azam Khan, Atiq Ahmed, and Mukhtar Ansari.

According to Keshav Prasad Maurya, people would reject those who refused to accept Lord Ram’s darshan.

Keshav Prasad Maurya said last week that the BJP or its partners will win elections no matter where Samajwadi Party head Akhilesh Yadav travels.

Earlier in the day, SP president Yadav paid a condolence call to the family of gangster-politician Mukhtar Ansari, who recently passed away, at his ancestral home in Yusufpur Mohammadabad, Ghazipur district.

According to Maurya, while Yadav and the criminals have a “relationship,” the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has “enmity” with them.

The deputy chief minister said, “Wherever Akhilesh goes, either the lotus will bloom (the BJP will win) or the alliance will win.”
