A woman sets a world record by driving an electric vehicle across 27 countries and six continents

With her most recent accomplishment, adventurer Lexie Alford, also known as Lexie Limitless, has made headlines once again. Lexie has made history by becoming the first person to tour the whole world in an electric vehicle (EV), even though she already owns the record for being the youngest person to visit every nation by the age of 21. She traveled more than 30,000 kilometers across six continents in the new Electric Ford Explorer. Lexie had several difficulties on her voyage, such as severe weather, hard terrain, power shortages, and a lack of charging stations. However, Lexie easily overcame each challenge. It’s interesting to note that Lexie took this revolutionary journey in a pre-production model, which is now on the market for daring individuals.

Lexie posted about her accomplishment on Instagram, saying, “30,000+ kilometers.” Two hundred days. 27 nations. six continents. 1 NEW WORLD RECORD. I want to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your unwavering support during this trip. Working on this trip over the last eighteen months with so many talented individuals has been an honor and a joy. Extending the capabilities of an electric vehicle has given me many moments that I will treasure for the rest of my life, despite all the highs and lows along the way. It seemed somewhat strange to cross the finish line on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France. I can now officially declare that we have accomplished the FIRST GLOBAL ELECTRIC VEHICLE CIRCUMNAVIGATION.

One person commented on the post, saying, “Huge congrats. What a fantastic adventure. I started reading about your most recent world record; quite interesting.

“You’re just made of different stuff!” said one other. Amazing accomplishment that will never be surpassed. Legend.

“You truly inspire me,” someone wrote.

“Congratulations, setting the bar higher each time,” someone commented.

“Wow wow wow, amazing, incredible, magnificent,” said one account.

Ford claims that Lexie Alford made use of a few neat features during her trip, such as the MegaConsole cabin storage, which has enough room to accommodate three 1.5-liter drink bottles with ease. She also utilized the voice-activated SYNC Move infotainment system with an adjustable touchscreen and savored the comfort of a very warm and massaged driver’s seat. Both the Ford Explorer and Ford Explorer Premium variants have these features as standard.

The electric car, which combines German engineering with top-notch amenities and American styling, is Ford’s first passenger electric vehicle designed and manufactured in Europe. An exploration can travel from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.3 seconds, and it only takes around 26 minutes to charge the battery from 10% to 80%.
