IAS Tina Dabi and Pradeep Gawande welcome a boy into the world

IAS Tina Dabi, who placed first in her UPSC class in 2015, has sometimes made headlines. Her job path, personal life, and accomplishments are all meticulously documented on social media. She made history by being Jaisalmer’s first female collector. Following her divorce from IAS Athar Amir Khan, she married IAS officer Pradeep Gawande, which also made news. After giving birth to her first kid with her spouse Pradeep Gawande on September 15, the IAS official is once again making news.

They were united in marriage in April 2022, and today they are the delighted parents of a son.

Dabi sent a message on social media earlier in July before starting her maternity leave. She expressed her gratitude to the residents of Jaisalmer for their support and affection throughout the years. Serving the district, according to her, was a gift.

She also uploaded a variety of images from different occasions she attended while serving as the District Collector and Magistrate in Jaisalmer. This includes winning the Swachh Jaisan and Ladies First (Jaisan Shakti), as well as earning the second-best overall ranking in India for the Aspirational District Program run by Niti Aayog.

It was stated that IAS Ashish Gupta will take her place as Jaisalmer Collector. Ashish Gupta worked in Jaipur as the Commissioner and Joint Secretary of the Department of Information Technology and Communication, as well as the Managing Director of RajCOMP Info Services Limited.

Dabi attended Lady Shri Ram College in Delhi. After being the first Dalit to win the civil services test, she gained notoriety. She formerly served as the joint secretary for the Rajasthan finance department before being named the district collector of Jaisalmer.
