US citizen wins Rs 41 Lakh in the lottery

It’s interesting to note that he won an additional $15 (about Rs 1300) by selecting a different set of numbers from the ticket. The individual revealed his intentions for the winning cash, saying that he would use some of it to pay off existing debts. He said that he would save away the remaining sum and add it to his savings.
Another incidence included a 22-year-old Maryland salesperson who won the lotto. He said how he and his wife went to a local convenience shop to buy petrol and then, having some extra money, decided to spend $30 (about Rs. 2500) on lottery tickets. When they got home, they scratched out the tickets and separated them into two piles: one for the winning tickets, the other for the losers.
The guy discovered a single $5 (Rs 410) Gold X20 scratch-off ticket during the procedure. The ticket wasn’t in any of the piles even though it had previously been struck out. He first assumed it had no worth and was prepared to throw it away. But something compelled him to take another look at it. Little did he realize how quickly this simple action would change his life.
It found out that the ticket was worth $50,000. The couple intends to buy their dream house with the newly discovered wealth.
