Among the identified sectors for future programs are the “tech-savvy youth.” The budget proposes the establishment of a corpus of Rs 1 lakh crore with a 50-year interest-free loan, aimed at providing long-term financing or refinancing with extended tenors and minimal to zero interest rates.
