Mega E-Auction To Be Held By UP To Distribute Industrial Plots
On Thursday, the Uttar Pradesh government will hold a huge e-auction to distribute plots for industrial projects on a big scale.
For industrial plots in Lucknow, Kanpur, Trans Delhi Signature City, Ayodhya, Agra, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, and Aligarh, they stated the online auction will start at 10 a.m.
The sale will include 154 industrial plots, 3 group dwelling units, 1 nursing facility, 8 warehouse plots, and other items.
According to them, UPSIDA, the state industrial development department of Uttar Pradesh, is in charge of organizing the online auction.
Application, catalog download, document filing, and document download costs have already been paid for participation in this massive bidding procedure through online means.
Additionally, in order to expedite the bidding process, the basic prices of all these proposed plots and rental halls have also been determined.
The industrial plots in Trans Delhi Signature City, Ayodhya, Lucknow, Kanpur, Jhansi, and other locations, many of which are worth millions of dollars, have the highest base costs.
