Alia Bhatt Previews “Jigra,” the Upcoming Film
Tuesday, Alia Bhatt, who is in the thick of filming “Jigra,” revealed a glimpse of her persona.
The actor wowed followers on Instagram with mesmerizing monochrome behind-the-scenes photos.
In the first image, Alia was getting ready for a role wearing a black coat and white shirt as cosmetic experts painstakingly applied her makeup.
She poses with a coat in her hands against a glass window in the next picture.
In her caption, she said “director’s lens @vasanbala #JIGRA.”
Fans swarmed the comment section with enthusiasm and good wishes as soon as the photographs appeared.
Alia just started filming “Jigra” in Mumbai. She shared photos from Day 1 and expressed excitement for the next adventure.
“Jigra,” which is directed by Vasan Bala, is co-produced by Alia and Karan Johar. September 27, 2024 is the planned release date for the movie in cinemas.
For the first time, Alia works with director Vasan Bala, who is renowned for movies like “Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota” and “Monica O My Darling.”
Apart from “Jigra,” Alia will be seen with Priyanka Chopra and Katrina Kaif in Farhan Akhtar’s “Jee Le Zaraa,” which is said to be a story of friendship in the lines of “Dil Chahta Hai” and “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara.”
