Dunki Box Office Collection Day 2: Over ₹ 49 Crore, Shah Rukh Khan’s Film Is Rock Solid

Delhi, New: It’s Shah Rukh Khan’s moment. Following the huge commercial success of Jawan and Pathaan, the Bollywood icon is returning with another masterpiece, Dunki. The movie, which was helmed by Rajkumar Hirani, was released on December 21. Day 2 saw the release of Salaar, and according to Sacnilk, Dunki made ₹ 20.5 crore.

The entire amount of money collected at the domestic box office is ₹ 49.7 crore. Regarding the worldwide box office earnings, the movie has brought in ₹ 58 crore. Red Chillies Entertainment posted on Instagram, “Badi door se aaye the… ab lag raha hai badi door tak jayenge, aapke pyaar ke saath,” along with a poster of Shah Rukh Khan’s role in the movie.

Boman Irani, Vicky Kaushal, and Taapsee Pannu are also featured in Dunki. Jio Studios, Rajkumar Hirani, and Red Chillies Entertainment have all contributed financial backing to the movie. Abhijat Joshi, Kanika Dhillon, and Rajkumar Hirani wrote the screenplay for the movie.

In his assessment, Saibal Chatterjee, a film reviewer, said that Shah Rukh Khan’s character in Dunki is quite different from the males he portrayed in his two earlier films of the year. He dresses like a selfless troubleshooter willing to face expulsion and death in order to uncover the truth. Without a doubt, this is a Rajkumar Hirani movie. It takes great pleasure in pointing out the humorous aspects of people’s struggles in a world where laws and regulations take precedence over people’s needs and feelings, and where national barriers place the impoverished, who have little access to wealth and education, at a severe disadvantage that drives them to take drastic and frequently deadly measures.
