First Public Appearance Following Bail in Snake Venom Case: Elvish Yadav Snaps Selfies With Supporters

Elvish Yadav appeared in public for the first time a few days after being granted bail in the Noida snake poison case. On Wednesday night, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner was seen in Mumbai by photographers. He was wearing blue pants and a white shirt. The YouTuber was seen snapping photos with a few admirers rather than responding to the photographers. On social media, a video of his appearance went viral.

Elvish made his first appearance in public after his release from prison in relation to the snake poison case. In a case of snake poisoning earlier this month, Yadav was taken into custody by Noida Police. According to them, the charge was filed for criminal conspiracy under Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under the Wildlife Protection Act of 1972. Elvish allegedly confessed to his crimes to NDTV a day after his arrest. But no formal declaration was made public.

Yadav was given bail on a 50,000 bail bond one week later. Speaking to the media about the same subject, his attorney, Prashant Rathi said, “Our arguments in this case were that he was falsely accused and that no substance that violated the NDPS Act was obtained from him or his friends.” Elvish Yadav and his two pals have been granted bail by the court, subject to two sureties of Rs 50,000 apiece.

Subsequently, Elvish spoke about his incarceration experience and described it as a “very bad phase of his life.” “There’s no denying that the week that passed was a really difficult time in my life. What to discuss when I was incarcerated. Let’s begin the next chapter with optimism. Thank you to everyone who supported me, even if they didn’t speak favorably or negatively about me. I simply have gratitude for everyone. In a video blog post, he said, “I’m back to work.”
