Goat’s First Single: Prabhu Deva and Prashanth’s Whistle Podu Song by Thalapathy Vijay Reachs 10 Million Views

Whistle Podu, the first and most anticipated track from Vijay’s forthcoming science fiction movie, The Greatest of All Time, is now available! and it has achieved a noteworthy turning point.

The film’s creators claim that since its premiere, 10 million real-time views have been received.

On April 14, the day of Tamil New Year, the official song was released by the film’s creators, who had already given fans access to the new single. The lively song, which is sung by Thalapathy Vijay and created by Yuvan Shankar Raja, opens with Prabhu Deva and Thalapathy Vijay joking about.

Soon, Prashanth, Prabhu Deva, and Ajmal Amir—the members of the GOAT squad—take center stage as Vijay sings a song and they all dance with the star.
Reaching 10 million views, Whistle Podu
The song has received over 10 million views and is becoming a viral smash. Since the song carries the catchy lyric “Nanbi Namba, whistle podu,” it goes without saying that the actor’s devoted followers have found it appealing.

The song also has a fascinating part when Vijay corrects Prabhu Deva by clarifying that he really said “champagne” instead of “campaign,” when the latter wonders whether he spoke the same word. His political debut is hinted to in the song’s opening phrase, “Party onnu thodangatuma?” which translates to “shall we begin a party.”

Based on the catchphrase of the IPL team Chennai Super Kings (CSK), the song also honors filmmaker Venkat Prabhu’s past work, which includes Mankatha, starring Ajith. A few of behind-the-scenes videos from the song’s creation were also released by the creators.

For Ganesh Chaturthi, the action movie will be released on September 5. Vijay will play two roles in the movie, one of which will include the usage of de-aging technology. Although the creators have not yet formally addressed this, there is conjecture that the movie is modeled on the Hollywood production Looper.
