Mohit Sonkar Has a Committed Fitness Routine: ‘Helps Me Keep Calm’

Actor Mohit Sonkar, who plays Shivansh on the television series “Shravani,” has discussed his fitness regimen during filming, noting that a strict program keeps him physically strong and emotionally upbeat.

Mohit has been enticing people with his appealing appearance and athletic build.

Mohit said how he stays in shape while filming: “I began my fitness adventure at the age of 15, and it has since grown to be my love. I maintain a committed and orderly schedule that not only keeps me physically healthy but also psychologically upbeat and relaxed.

He elaborated further, saying, “I take my fitness seriously when filming. I get up two hours earlier if the shoot call time is early in the morning to get to the gym for my regular routine. I don’t adhere to any particular diet, but as a general nutritional principle, I try to consume a high-protein, low-carb, and fiber-rich diet.

The most recent excitement surrounds the thrilling debut of Arshi Khan as Julie the Jasoos, giving an additional layer of drama to the narrative. “Shravani” has kept its fans fascinated with its continuous plot twists.
