Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha visit the Golden Temple while preparing for their wedding to seek blessings

On Saturday, Parineeti Chopra, an actress, and Raghav Chadha, a politician, were sighted in Amritsar. During the preparations for their wedding, the couple went to the Golden Temple to seek blessings. They arrived in Amritsar a few weeks after their private engagement ceremony on May 13 in New Delhi.

In the photos, the pair can be seen entering the Golden Temple while being heavily guarded. Raghav donned a white kurta-pyjama and a grey blazer, while the actress wore an off-white salwar-kameez with a dupatta wrapped over her head.

Following their return from Udaipur, where they had reportedly been touring potential wedding venues, the pair was last photographed together.

On May 13, Parineeti and Raghav got engaged in front of their loved ones and close friends. Manish Malhotra, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Parineeti’s cousin Parineeti were also present.

Parineeti sent a message on social media announcing her engagement that said, “Everything I prayed for.. I said yes!”

With a statement that said, “Raghav and I are overwhelmed with the love and abundance of positivity we have received over the past few weeks, particularly on our engagement,” the pair later expressed their gratitude to everyone. We both come from separate worlds, therefore it is incredible to think that when we come together, our worlds will also come together. More people have joined our family than we ever could have anticipated.
