Healthy Diet: Acidic foods and high-sugar diets may exacerbate gum disease and tooth decay. Reducing sugary foods and drinks, as well as acidic fruits, may help prevent tooth erosion and other structural problems. Foods high in nutrients, such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and lean proteins, support dental and overall health maintenance. These foods include vital minerals, including calcium, vitamin C, and phosphorus, that maintain strong teeth and gums.

Keep Yourself Hydrated: Sip plenty of water all day long. Water lowers the risk of cavities and gum disease by washing away food particles and neutralising acids in the mouth.
