Post Malone, an American musician and rapper, has been in the news for his weight reduction makeover. Post Malone said in a recent interview with the podcast “Joe Rogan Experience” that he formerly weighed 240 pounds (almost 109 kg), but that he was able to lose around 55 pounds (nearly 25 kg) by cutting out a certain food.

The performer said that he has fully cut soda out of his diet. “You know what, I’m feeling a little bit mischievous. If I had a terrific performance. Post Malone said on the podcast, “I’m going to get me a Coke on ice.

He said that his weight has fallen from 240 pounds (nearly 84 kg) before making the choice to cut off soda from his diet to 185 pounds (almost 84 kg).

Post Malone said, “I guess dad life kicked in and I decided to kick soda and start eating better so I can be around for a long time for this little angel,” when asked what inspired him to change.

How Does Soda Affect Weight Gain?

Individuals may maintain a healthy weight and adopt good eating habits by limiting their consumption of sugary beverages.
