Ram Mandir Pran Prathisthan: How Indians are commemorating the opening of the Ayodhya temple from the US, UK, Nepal, and Taiwan

Inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya: On Monday, January 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to inaugurate the much-anticipated Ram Mandir in the holy city of Ayodhya. A captivating view has been experienced by the thousands of VVIP guests at the magnificent event, which includes prominent politicians, businesspeople, actors, and others. But happiness isn’t only found in India. Numerous Indians, carrying saffron flags, have gathered in the streets throughout the world, singing “Jai Shree Ram” as they dance in groups to devotional music and decorate roadways with flowers.

In addition, in the lead-up to the major event, the Hindu-American community in the US has scheduled other activities, including vehicle rallies.

“I have nothing to say today. It is an amazing day today, Alok Kumar, the worldwide working president of the VHP, told news agency PTI. “The pain of 25 generations, challenges, struggle, sacrifices and their conclusion into Ram Mandir and Lord Ram’s Pran Pratishtha… it is a wonderful day today.”

Among the states where the billboards have been installed are Texas, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, and Georgia. According to the VHP, American branch, Arizona and the State of Missouri are also scheduled to participate in this visual festival that started on January 15.

‘Diyas’ have been lighted in temples and the Ramayana has been sung in Mauritius, a country that also practices Hinduism. With great excitement, Slough Hindu Temple, situated in the heart of England hundreds of miles distant from Ayodhya, is ready to commemorate the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ event of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. One day before to the big day, on Sunday, January 21, the “Mangal Kalash” from Ayodhya will arrive at the Slough Hindu Temple on its trip across the United Kingdom. It will be installed in this temple on January 22.

In the UK, anticipation for the event is contagious. Approximately 250 Hindu temples may be found in the United Kingdom, and they are all preparing for the celebration on January 22. Celebrating the “return” of Lord Rama to his rightful dwelling, Hindu groups and temples in the UK are marking the day as “2nd Diwali” with everything from vehicle parades to community gatherings to special “aarti” and recitations of “Akhanda Ramayan.”

Several hundred ‘Ram Bhakts’ and neighbors attended the ceremony, which attracted over 100 automobiles.

Cars were spotted parked on the streets, and people were dancing and waving banners with pictures of Lord Ram on them, according to the photographs obtained by ANI. People displayed “Shree Ram” banners and lit fireworks to mark the event. More festivities have been scheduled in hundreds of temples around Australia over the next two days, amidst the mounting excitement and expectation surrounding the Ram Temple Pran Pratishtha in Ayodhya. Nepal Ayodhya, the Janakpurdham in Nepal, the maternal house of Goddess Sita, is now bubbling with delight and excitement as the countdown to the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Mandir has started. They are waiting for the occasion with great pomp and gaiety, organizing a host of activities. The city is filled with the constant reverberation of Lord Ram and Sita’s hymns. Everyone living in Janakpurdham is beaming with happiness, and the Janaki Temple is adorned with lights.

Nepal
The Chief Mahanth and the Chotte Mahanth have been invited to the event and have already departed for Ayodhya from Janakpur in Nepal. In the past, as part of the ceremony, Janakpur brought gifts, known locally as “Bhaar,” to Ayodhya. These donations included clothing, food, decorations, and other necessities. Numerous devotees have persisted in attending and participating in the several Astajaams conducted at Janakpur. In order to make their trip easier, those participating in these large-scale religious lectures and chanting rites are now waiting for the construction of a railroad connecting the two cities. Taiwan The Indian Association of Taiwan is going to live broadcast the Pran Pratishtha event in an effort to further promote oneness. Through this effort, the community will be able to engage virtually, increasing participation and reaching a wider audience for the auspicious festivities.

The Indian community in Taiwan rejoiced joyfully on the eve of the much awaited Pran Pratishtha ceremony of the Ram Temple in Ayodhya, marking the momentous milestone. The lively Indian community in Taiwan and ISKON Taiwan collaborated to organize two different events for the celebrations, which took place on January 21.
