Ross Kemp, an English actor, recently came clean about his almost-involvement in the catastrophic Titanic submersible, which has rekindled attention in the sad event. Kemp said that against his team’s advise, he had originally intended to join the mission. This new information clarifies the submersible once more and raises the question, who is Ross Kemp?

Ross James Kemp, a well-known English actor, novelist, and television host, was born in Barking, Essex, in July 1964. His role of Grant Mitchell in the well-liked BBC serial drama EastEnders earned him international acclaim. He has also performed in other well-known parts, such as Graham Lodsworth in Emmerdale and Detective Inspector Monk in Birds of a Feather, where he has shown his acting prowess.

Kemp, though, is well-known for more than just acting. He received a BAFTA Award for his BAFTA-winning documentary reporting series Ross Kemp on Gangs, which ran from 2004 to 2009.
