The recruitment campaign intends to fill 399 vacancies in total, 2 of which are reserved for the Judicial Academy Jharkhand, Ranchi, and 397 of which are intended for English stenographers to work in Jharkhand’s civil courts.

JHARKHAND HC RECRUITING 2024: QUALIFICATIONS
Maximum Age:

Regarding Unreserved & EWS: Age requirements include minimum age of 21 and maximum age of 35.

Regarding categories B.C.-I and B.C.-II: 37 is the maximum age.

Regarding female applicants (B.C.-I, B.C.-II, EWS, and Unreserved): 38 is the maximum age.

The maximum age for male and female S.T. and S.C. categories is 40 years old.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree in any field. They also need to show that they can transcribe in English at a minimum of 80 words per minute (wpm). Additionally, applicants must be able to type in English at a minimum pace of 40 words per minute (wpm), with 5% allowed for mistakes.
