Bengaluru Roadrage: Enraged Drivers Smash Windows, Vandalize Cars Due to Man’s Careless Driving | Watch

An episode of road rage in Bengaluru that was captured on video recently had auto-rickshaw drivers vandalizing a vehicle in broad daylight. On a car updates website, the driver who went by the handle Team-BHP posted a description of the occurrence. According to the driver, it occurred during an afternoon work event at the Ejipura light in south Bengaluru.

He admitted that he had driven between seventy and eighty kilometers per hour, but he said that he had done nothing wrong except become a bit irritated and pass some automobiles.

The driver could be seen changing lanes rapidly and often in the dash cam video, which was posted to the team’s YouTube account.

But as the driver recalled, “I didn’t let the two cars behind me pass and slot in behind the Honda City in front of me, so they were irritated at the signal.”

Subsequently, the autorickshaw drivers are said to have attempted to intimidate him; ultimately, they managed to corner him and force him to stop the Volkswagen.

Afterwards, on the YouTube video, one of the purported auto rickshaw drivers fiercely questioned him through the glass while another shattered the driver’s window with a bang. The car was then seen in the footage being inspected by technicians at the repair shop.

“From the moment the tempered glass shattered, I was bleeding from my ear as well as my arms which had some fragments that punctured it,” the driver of the automobile said, describing the aftermath.

Many bystanders thought that the driver’s reckless driving was what initiated the confrontation, even though the footage showed the autorickshaw drivers behaving violently. The Bengaluru Police appreciated the tweet as well and requested more details.
