BJP: Congress is a “ship sinking.”

Praveen Shankar Kapoor, a BJP spokesman in Delhi, called the Congress a “sinking ship.” Kapoor accused the Congress central leadership of putting Arvind Kejriwal’s support above the party’s rebirth and criticized them for supposedly ignoring the condition of the Delhi unit.

“Local Congress leaders want to work towards reviving the party,” Kapoor said.

Nonetheless, the central leadership is happy to defer to Arvind Kejriwal, who overthrew the Congress party in 2013.”

Kapoor drew attention to the apparent inconsistencies within the Congress leadership by highlighting Devendra Yadav’s nomination as the Delhi unit’s part-time president. “Yadav, who is also serving as the Punjab Congress in-charge, said he will work to defeat the Aam Aadmi Party in Punjab, branding it as a corrupt party,” Kapoor remarked in criticism of this choice. Nonetheless, he is anticipated to hail the AAP as a development symbol given his position as the Delhi unit president.
