IRCTC News: Special Trains To Ayodhya For Ram Navami Will Be Operated By Indian Railways, See Details Inside

Ram Navami Special Trains: The Indian Railways said that it would operate special trains to Ayodhya on Ram Navami in consideration of the holiday traffic. From April 9 to April 17, Ayodhya will host this celebration.

According to Indian Railways, the list of trains is being kept in mind so that more trains or coaches may be added to the Ayodhya route if the trains are full, thereby making the pilgrims’ trip simpler.

DRM Sachindra Mohan Sharma of the Northern Railway Lucknow Division provided this information. He stated that arrangements are being prepared for the arrival of an estimated 20 lakh Hindus in Ayodhya on Ram Navami.

He said that, compared to four thousand passengers at the Ayodhya Dham station previously, there are currently eighteen thousand people there. In the unlikely event that there is a potential for a larger crowd than this, the waiting area and passenger amenities will be watched.

According to Indian Railways, special trains would travel at a speed of 130 km/h from Lucknow to Ayodhya.

The fact that it would take the trains less time to go from Lucknow to Ayodhya is exciting information for rail travellers. The railway stretch is finished as a result of the double-line and electrification work done on the Lucknow-Ayodhya route.

The trains that now travel 130 km from Lucknow to Ayodhya will take just 30 to 45 minutes to reach their destination.
