Rahul Gandhi begins his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra and moves toward Panchmahal in Gujarat

Congressman Rahul Gandhi started his trip from Dahod town on Friday, the second day of his Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, and traveled to Godhra in the neighboring Panchmahal district, where he would address the public.

On Thursday, Rahul Gandhi’s yatra made its way into the state from Rajasthan. He spoke to the populace at Jhalod town, Dahod District, and then spent the night in a nearby hamlet.

On Friday morning, Gandhi paid his homage to the tribal leader Govind Guru at Kamboi Dham, which is located near Jhalod.

Later, he was met by Congress representatives and residents along the way as the yatra started on Friday morning from Dahod town. The opposition leader was greeted by tribal members at a traffic roundabout with their customary dance, to which they waved in return from an open-roof SUV.

On International Women’s Day, which is observed on March 8 each year, he also cut a sizable cake that was given to him by female members of Congress.

Gandhi is expected to speak to the public in Godhra before moving on to Halol town. He is going to stay overnight at the Panchmahal district’s Jambughoda hamlet.
