Revenue personnel is instructed by Hisar DC to provide a report on crop loss

The Deputy Commissioner has instructed tehsildars in the Hisar district’s sub-tehsils of Balsamand, Uklana, and Kheri Jalab, as well as in the tehsil offices of Hansi, Barwala, Adampur, Narnaund, and Baas to submit a report about the losses incurred by the rabi crop as a result of rain and hailstorm.

All revenue officials have been instructed by Deputy Commissioner Uttam Singh to ensure that the report is submitted as soon as possible so that it may be sent to the state government.

Farmers will soon be able to use the e-Kshatipurti site, according to the DC. In order to get compensation for the loss of crops damaged by hailstorms and heavy rain, impacted farmers must post a report on crop damage to this site.

He said that crop registration on the Meri Fasal-Mera Byora portal was required in order to submit information on the e-Kshatipurti site.

Initial reports, however, showed that the wheat crop had also sustained severe damage, which might lead to a decreased yield per acre, while the mustard crop had, on average, experienced over 50% damage in the area.
