Revised Application Correction Window Dates for GATE 2024 Announced

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2024 correction window has been extended by the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. Applicants who want to make changes to their GATE 2024 application form may do so via gate2024.iisc.ac.in, the official IISc GATE website. The official “X” (formerly Twitter) account for GATE released a statement stating that applications may be modified via the GATE 2024 portal between November 18 and November 24, subject to the applicable costs.

On January 3, 2024, the GATE 2024 admission cards will be distributed. The exam will be held on February 3, 4, 10, and 11, 2024. The candidate response sheet and answer keys will be made available on the Internet on February 16 and 21, respectively. On February 25, objections to the answer key must be submitted before the deadline. The GATE 2024 results will be revealed on March 16; the scorecard will be available on March 23.

Step 1: Visit the official website, gate2024.iisc.ac.in.

Step 2: On the home screen, click the option labeled “Registration Correction Window.”

Step 3: To create login credentials, provide your personal information.

Step 4: Enter the generated credentials and log in.

Step 5: Add the required data to the online GATE 2024 application form.

Step 6: Pay the costs and submit the updated GATE 2024 application form.

GATE 2024: CHARGES FOR PARTICULAR CORRUPTION

Additionally, the article details the costs related to each alteration. To change any data, applicants must pay 500 rupees. To shift from being a female to any other gender, from being a SC/ST to any other category, or from being PwD/Dyslexic to Non-PwD/Dyslexic, an applicant must pay Rs 1,400.

The GATE 2023 computer-based test (CBT) will be given in a three-hour format. The exam will consist of thirty test papers. Each exam consists of two sections: General Aptitude (GA) and the Candidate’s Selected Subject(s). The GATE 2024 exam consists of 65 questions total, 10 in the general aptitude section and 55 in the candidates’ selected academic field.
