Samagra Pitara would be given to Delhi elementary schools under NIPUN Bharat Mission

The Delhi government’s primary and pre-primary schools will get Samagra Pitara as part of the NIPUN Bharat Mission, which will feature puzzles, wall hangings, and other creative thinking-enhancing materials.

Ten wall hangings with different themes will be included, giving kids a lively and inviting space to learn through play. Wall mounts in Hindi, English, and mathematics will also be included, giving kids a solid foundation for learning language and numeracy. In addition, it will have activities like hopscotch and elephant ring to improve fine motor skills and physical development.

Additionally, a preschool calendar will be provided to aid with the comprehension of time, weather, seasons, days in a week, and other related topics.

Furthermore, wooden frames, wooden theme puzzles, packs of ten hand puppets, and ten face masks will be available to promote the use of storytelling techniques in the regular teaching and learning process by educators and other relevant parties.Rainbow pebbles will be offered for unstructured, imaginative, and social role play to foster creative thinking in the early grades.

But according to the deputy director of education, grades 1–5 will have a Nipun pitara. Language and literacy-related magnetic flash cards and magnetic boards with standees will be included in the package.

Students will be able to practice free hand while studying thanks to the magnetic board with standee.

Students in grades 1 through 5 will also get a 4-piece combination set of shapes and counters for buttoning and zipponing, as well as a dice-based numeracy game to help foster math abilities in a fun way.

All school heads have been instructed by the education department’s Samagra Shiksha department to use the resources offered for children’s total development, including the three domains for efficient teaching and learning.
