Thanking PM Modi for approving the third phase of the Ecourts project, HM Amit Shah

The approval of the third phase of the eCourts project, which will pave the way for the transition to a smooth, paperless, and accessible judicial system for everyone, was acknowledged by Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wednesday.

The third phase of the eCourts project was authorized as a central sector plan with a cash investment of Rs 7,210 crore to be executed over four years at a meeting of the Union Cabinet presided over by Modi.

We are grateful to Prime Minister @narendramodi Ji for approving the third stage of the eCourts Project, which opens the door for the transition to a smooth, paperless, and open judicial system for everyone.

Shah wrote on ‘X’ that the project, which has a total budget of $7210 Cr, would “take the gains achieved so far through phases 1 and 2 to the next level by digitizing the entire court records and installing e-Sewa Kendras in all court complexes.”
