Traffic Warning Issued For Commuters Heading From Ghaziabad to ITO in Delhi | View Details

For travelers utilizing the Delhi-Meerut Expressway and heading in the direction of the ITO from Ghaziabad, the Delhi Traffic Police has issued a warning.

In response to a protest at the Nirman Vihar metro station red light, Delhi Traffic Police tweeted that the Vikas Marg would be entirely stopped. In order to get to ITO from Ghaziabad or the Delhi-Meerut Expressway, motorists were urged by the Delhi Traffic Police to use NH-24.

According to Delhi Traffic Police, those traveling from Vivek Vihar are advised to use Nala Road to ITO.

In the meanwhile, the Delhi Police has increased monitoring after a warning was issued on Tuesday due to racial conflicts in several areas of Haryana, including the neighboring city of Gurugram.

According to a senior police official, the Delhi Police maintains track on happenings in neighboring states and other regions of the nation that can have an effect on Delhi.

The officer said that any issue that develops in the nation’s capital as a consequence of similar incidences in surrounding regions would be handled by the police.
