When a bomb threat is received, Delhi-NCR schools are evacuated

According to police sources, two schools in Delhi received bomb threats by email on Wednesday morning.

The bomb threats were reported to Delhi Public School in Dwarka and Mother Mary School in east Delhi’s Mayur Vihar, they said.

They said that once the local police were notified, the school’s grounds were evacuated.

According to a police officer, a search is now ongoing at the school after officers from the Delhi Fire Service, a bomb detection team, and a bomb disposal squad were summoned.
