IPL 2024: Bobby Deol shares a video of MS Dhoni that he requested be removed, calling it “embarrassing.”

Ahead of the Indian Premier League 2024, Bollywood star Bobby Deol was requested to remove an embarrassing video he posted on social media by former Chennai Super Kings, MS Dhoni. The cash-rich league’s 17th season will begin play on Friday, March 22. Bobby surprised the audience by posting a copy of Dhoni’s telegram pleading with him to remove his humiliating video. Bobby had replied that he would remove it.

The viewers were left wondering and curious about the video that was being discussed after the two had a conversation. It was revealed that Bobby had been making an advertising for a promotional campaign when he eventually broke the tension and put the video on his ‘X’. Fans went crazy when they saw Dhoni dancing to Bobby’s well-known hook dance from the song “Jamal Kudu” in the video.

Dhoni promised in the video that he would stop at nothing to defeat Bobby in the online game. Dhoni had to shake his leg to the music from the Animal movie while holding a glass on his head after losing. Bobby wrote, “Due to popular demand! I have included a video of Mahi Bhai dancing to my footsteps.

DHONI SHOCKS FANS AGAIN AFTER DANCE!
When Dhoni unexpectedly resigned as the Chennai Super Kings’ captain, the supporters were taken aback. The five-time winners, CSK, have a new captain in Ruturaj Gaikwad, who will guide the group this year. Prior to the season, Dhoni gave Gaikwad the captaincy. Ravindra Jadeja became the leader of CSK in 2022 as well. The change wasn’t as seamless, however, as CSK lost their first eight games and Jadeja resigned in the middle of the campaign.

After taking over as captain, Dhoni guided the side to victory in 2023, winning a thrilling last-ball match at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium against the Gujarat Titans. On Friday, March 22, at Chepauk Stadium in Chennai, the reigning champions, CSK, will take on the Royal Challengers Bengaluru in the season’s first game.
