‘Jaya Hey’, a version of the national anthem, is released by a union minister

On the occasion of India’s 77th Independence Day, Hardeep Singh Puri, Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs, Petroleum, and Natural Gas, released a new version of the national anthem. Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. provided financial assistance to the athletes from various sports departments who were featured in the film.

Hardeep Singh Puri said during his speech, “Sports in India is an emotion, and cultivating the sports potential of India is consistent with moving the country forward on the international arena. It is the spirit of sports and good sportsmanship that uplifts the nation in the athletic arena, not win or defeat. The sports anthem, which Indian Oil debuted on this historic day, rekindles the nation’s love of sports and symbolizes the phrase “Nation First, Always First” by providing unwavering support for a variety of sports, including para-athletics.

 

In addition to Pullela Gopichand, a former Olympian, batsman Ajinkya Rahane, and Indian player Cheteshwar Pujara, the movie also includes chess grand master R Praggnanandhaa.

 

 

 

The video demonstrates the athletes’ dedication to their individual sports, especially their steadfast will and unrelenting attempts to raise India’s profile on the international sports scene. The slogan of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, “Nation First and First Always,” is represented through the video named “Jaya Hey,” which encourages everyone to become involved in fostering their country.

 

“The proud & talented sports fraternity comes together to celebrate Independence Day 2023,” Hardeep Singh Puri tweeted.

 

There are a total of 167 players, 102 of them are active. sports including tennis, chess, cricket, hockey, pool & snooker, badminton, and carrom.
