See Virat Kohli’s Heartwarming Response When He Noticed Children During an RCB practice session

Virat Kohli and the rest of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru squad have arrived in Chennai, where they will play their debut game in the 2024 Indian Premier League.

The season opener for the Faf du Plessis-led team is set for Friday, March 22, against the reigning champions, the Chennai Super Kings. After attending the RCB Unbox event in Bengaluru, where the franchise also celebrated Smriti Mandhana and Co.’s inaugural Women’s Premier League (WPL) victory, the visiting team landed in Chepauk on Tuesday night.

The RCB players were seen working out in the evening on Wednesday at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium.

Kohli saw two children standing on the sidelines with part of the coaching personnel during the practice.

Kohli, who had just given birth to a son, stopped right away and started amusing the children.

On social media, a video of the endearing conversation has gone viral.

In Chennai, Glenn Maxwell, Du Plessis, and Kohli also presented the RCB’s recognizable green shirt. During a group-league game, the team will don the green uniform in an effort to promote environmental consciousness. There was a funny scene with Du Plessis at the jersey unveiling.

As the RCB captain was presenting their green kit sponsor, a party popper exploded out of nowhere.

The sound stunned and took Du Plessis by surprise. Maxwell and Kohli, two of his RCB colleagues, were divided by his response.

Kohli has a large collection of individual IPL records. Despite being a member of the RCB since its inception, he has not yet taken home the championship.

This year, Kohli will be driven to fulfill a lifelong desire and add the first IPL trophy to his storied collection.
