Deal with People Who Are Angry In mission mode, handle complaints delicately: To Officers, UP CM

Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh, gave authorities a directive on Wednesday to handle irate citizens delicately and make sure that their concerns are resolved quickly.

He also suggested that field representatives attend public hearings for at least an hour each day.

The chief minister said the integrated grievance redressal system is an excellent tool for quick resolution of people’s grievances after reviewing the operation of several departments with all additional chief secretaries and senior secretaries.

According to him, it should be made sure that applications submitted for the integrated grievance redressal system are handled in order of priority.

“Understand the injured person’s emotional condition, respect their feeling, and handle it with the greatest compassion. The standard for officers’ performance will be the complainant’s pleasure and his comments.

Adityanath stated, “Officers should make sure that the concerns of the ordinary people are rectified by giving public hearings high priority and conducting them in mission mode.

He requested that all extra chief secretaries and senior secretaries visit each division in the state over the course of the next two months to examine their department’s public welfare initiatives.

“Fix accountability and quickly handle the outstanding issues. After the visit, send your report to the chief minister’s office, Adityanath said, emphasizing that outsourced workers should not be exploited.
