Five Industrial Parks Will Open In Jewar Near Noida International Airport

The first international airport in the city of Noida is expected to be established with a number of significant improvements.

By the end of 2024, the much awaited project should have its completed state. Currently under construction near Jewar, the Noida International Airport will have five industrial parks built next to it by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA).

The authority would need 600 acres of land in total to house the enterprises in YEIDA Sector 10, according to a Money Control report.

Along the Yamuna Expressway, which connects Greater Noida to other important Uttar Pradesh towns like Mathura and Agra, these industrial parks will be built.

After the Noida International Airport is finished, the YEIDA hopes to turn the area into a major industrial hub where large corporations and manufacturing facilities may establish themselves.

The projects include “an electric vehicle park, plastic processing park, footwear park, handicrafts park, and a transport hub,” according to a senior official with knowledge of the initiative. The individual discussed the intentions with Money Control, saying, “The Gautam Budh Nagar administration has already been instructed by the Uttar Pradesh state government to begin the process of land acquisition. Nearly 600-acre agricultural land will be needed to develop these industrial parks in Sector 10.”

The source further said that on February 4 of this year, the Gautam Budh Nagar administration received a notice from the Uttar Pradesh government about the land acquisition procedure. The social effect evaluation was entrusted to Gautam Buddha University, and it has already been finished.

According to a different official, the public will be contacted in order to voice any complaints or comments about the 600 acres of proposed property under Section 15 of the 2013 Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in property Acquisition, Rehabilitation, and Resettlement Act.

“After building the necessary facilities, we will begin allocating the property for industrial parks as soon as we get it. The official informed Money Control, “We are hoping to finish the process in only 2024.”

The YEIDA official claims that the government has notified the public that prior to purchasing or disposing of any property selected for purchase in relation to the industrial parks, the district magistrate’s consent is required.

He said that after all requirements have been met in accordance with the rules, the distribution of land compensation would begin.
