On six-foot land, a Bihar man constructs the five-story “Burj Khalifa.”

The Burj Khalifa, which is renowned for being the highest structure on Earth, is the holder of several world records, one of which is included in the Guinness World Records. Even while it is a testament to Dubai’s architectural prowess and helped the emirate gain reputation throughout the world, the 160-story skyscraper Lightning is clearly visible from even the farthest reaches of the city. A five-story skyscraper built on only six feet of ground in Muzaffarpur, Bihar, has captured the attention of everyone in a video that has gone viral on social media. The home is situated in the Gannipur neighborhood of Muzaffarpur, as the video indicates. Although it is constructed on six feet of land, the width of the building is only five feet from the inside.

The YouTuber refers to it as “Bihar’s Burf Khalifa,” but it is also known as the “Eiffel Tower of Bihar” and is subsequently contrasted with the famous Taj Mahal. The structure has grown to be a popular tourist destination as so many people visit there to snap photographs of it.

The user provides further information on the building in Gannipur, Muzaffarpur, stating that it is located directly on the major road. The way the home is built, it has all the amenities, including a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, even though it is quite compact. The home is split into two halves; the stairs are located in the first section, and the rooms are located in the second.

For his wife, a guy called Santosh had it built back in 2015. After getting married, the couple bought the six-foot property; but, since they were cramped for room, the owner, Santosh, personally visited with an engineer to get his own plan authorized.

The home is now rented out for business purposes, but because of its distinctive design, it is nevertheless well-liked by tourists.
