Diljit Dosanjh carried out a sophisticated pooja on the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri. On this momentous occasion, the singer also sent his best wishes to all of his admirers. During Maha Shivratri, when Hindus worship Lord Shiva, the singer was spotted praying while his group supported him. Bananas were given as prasad to Diljit as well. Diljit had written, “SHIV AAEYA 🙏🏽 Happy Maha Shivratri” as the caption for the set of images.

Imtiaz Ali’s film “Chamkila,” which is based on the life of Amar Singh Chamkila, sometimes known as the “Elvis Presley of Punjab,” will feature Diljit soon.
Regarding the project, Diljit had stated, “I was curious about the type of film that would be made about Chamkila when I learned that a Bollywood (Hindi) film was being made about him. I assumed Imtiaz sir would sue us since we didn’t have the rights (to Chamkila’s story) when I got his call. However, he stated, “I want to cast you in the movie.” We already have the story, I said. We’ll see if you’re still interested in working on a movie with me. Before meeting Ali, I believed I knew a great deal about Chamkila. His viewpoint was entirely different from mine. For us, the fact that his story was being told in such a grand way was significant. I gave in to Sir’s vision when he offered me the film.”
‘Chamkila’, which is scheduled to launch on April 12 on OTT, stars Diljit and Parineeti Chopra together on screen.
